| In 1976, our company was founded by Mr. Okyay Gunay, who is a civil engineer, for manufacturing aluminum
doors, windows and outdoor glass fittings for buildings. In its early years, Günal Alüminyum San. ve Tic.
Ltd. Şti. was one of the four manufacturers in Izmir, Turkey, which were active in the aluminum doors and
windows business. At the time, it has successfully completed major projects in the Aegean region of Turkey
where its factory is located. These include hotels, industrial facilities, business centers, apartmen
complexes, schools and goverment buildings. Apart from these local projects, starting in 1979, Günal began
to take part in many international deals. Some of the important ones would be the construction of the German
Ambassy in Togo, Africa, the renovation of the German ministry of Labor building in Munich, the aluminum doors
and windows of the Siemens factory in Berlin, the Coca Cola factory in Constanta, Romania, the textile factory
in Arad, Romania, the Banca Comerciala building in Romania, fiber factory in Ashkabat, Turkmenistan and 500
social complexes in Cyprus. |

Günal Alüminyum San ve Tic Ltd. Şti., decided to use its experience in aluminum and in construction methodology to start manufacturing urban furniture in the year of 1997. The same year Günal finished its first design for bus shelter and city light panel (CLP) and began to take its first orders. Today, Günal is undertaking its
commercial activity in a 15.900 m2 closed factory building situated in the center of Izmir and has already delivered 20.000 bus shelters
made from various materials such as aluminum, mild steel and stainless steel and 17.000 CLPs to Germany, England and Turkey. The beginning
of the year 2000, it also began to manufacture billboards, static and scrolling Mega Lights and Totems of which until today 2.500 megalights,
200 totems and 300 billboards have already been manufactured.
Günal currently sells all of these products both to inner and foreign markets. |

Günal Alüminyum Ltd. Şti, which has a strong mechanical and electronics R&D, is currently able to make its
own designs completely from scratch or is able to make the projects of the designs brought in by the customers.
Günal is taking all the patents and licences for the units which has been fully designed by its own R&D from the
Turkish Patent Institude. All of its products are CE certified. |
| In order to safeguard the standardization and
provide the best quality in this sector, Günal uses the latest technology machinery in its production such as CNC machines
which drill aluminum, steel, stainless steel and wood on 5 different axis and a welding robot. |
