Copy Rights
As Gunal Aluminyum, we are getting the patent and copy rights of all the products we designed and/or put into project from the Turkish Patent Institude from the day we started with urban furniture business. The technical details of all the projects in our portfolio, such as the aluminum profiles, the inner steel structures and all of the moving parts and systems are solved, designed and tested by our R&D. Apart from cases where we waive our right from a specific product with mutual written agreement, we own all the rights to all the solutions in our product line. The specific products, where the rights originally belong to a customer or have been passed on later, are clearly stated in the “Products” section. Today, we work with a statics office and a patent bureau at all times. We get the initial statical calculations of all the products while they are at the R&D stage and receive the full static reports and apply for patent rights, just before the serial production begins. Additionally, we give CE certification to all our products and we only use premium quality certified raw materials. All our suppliers are companies that work within commonly accepted quality standards.
